Scope of service
Full coordination of the strategic actions related to signing the participatory agreement with the city, particularly with the Architecture and Urban Planning Department of the city of Poznań, the Historical Monuments Conservation Office, the Municipal Road Authority, keeping contact with representatives of the Municipal Urban Planning Department regarding the planning procedure for the adoption of the spatial development plan for that area and full monitoring of that procedure on behalf of the Investor, initiating, carrying out, coordinating and supervising the activities of the Investor related to the administrative procedures aiming at obtaining decisions, provisions, permits, consultations, opinions and conditions regarding new buildings, technical infrastructure, new road system, historical buildings, the coordination and monitoring of conceptual and design works, participating in meetings with the representatives of the Investor and the design studio, keeping ongoing contact with all the entities involved in the project, this includes the Investor’s sales and marketing department.
