Our goal is to provide both a full range of services for development projects and support Investors in all strategic areas. What do we offer?

We offer a large portfolio of attractive building plots situated in the city centre of Poznań. We provide a legal, administrative and urban analysis of plots, after which we give our opinion and recommendation to buy. We also inform about the possibilities of further proceedings and plot development. We cooperate with clients who are interested in buying plots as well as with those who want to sell.

On behalf of our Investors we obtain all the necessary administrative decisions enabling the start of the design works and the project implementation and these are: development conditions, opinions of the networks administrators, participatory agreements with the local authorities, environmental decisions, the technical conditions of connecting water, gas and electricity networks from the administrators and building permits. We hold talks at all levels of the local administration. We also support our Investors in conducting dialogue with the plots neighbours.

We work with the leading architects on a daily basis, we know their experience and portfolios, we always help our Investors to select the best designer for their project who will fulfil their vision and make their ideas come true. At a further stage we take an active part in the design process by supervising and coordinating the work of the design studio. We constantly analyse the material they provide and verify it in the context of compliance with the administrative decisions and our Investor’s requirements.

We have an excellent recognition of local construction companies and general contractors. On behalf of our Investors we prepare and conduct all tender procedures for the project execution, from sending a request for quotation to signing an agreement with the chosen contractor. During the tender we provide a detailed analysis of submitted offers and calculations and we actively take part in price and contractual negotiations. When the project enters the construction phase, we participate in weekly site meetings, we ensure the supervision of works in all specialities and the acceptances of works. Throughout this phase we also ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the planned budget and the objective and financial schedule.

Upon our Inverstors request we organize sales and marketing of the investment. We prepare a competitive and market-wise structure of apartments and commercial premises as well as their price lists. We also come up with an effective marketing strategy of launching the investment and we indicate the optimal tools for it.

We ensure the on-schedule completion of the project and obtaining the occupancy permit, at the same time we support our Investors in the final financial settlement with the contractor and the handover of apartments to clients.
