Reprezentowanie inwestora przed urzędami i firmami, sprawowanie nadzoru nad pracami projektowymi dla nowego obiektu deweloperskiego, jak również obiektów zabytkowych, a w tym hali zajezdni, willi i „białego domku”, analiza przekazywanego materiału projektowego, wsparcie biura projektowego w pozyskaniu pozwolenia na budowę oraz wszelkich innych zgód, pozwoleń i uzgodnień, organizacja i przeprowadzenie przetargu na wybór generalnego wykonawcy, udział w cotygodniowych radach budowy, pełnienie nadzoru nad realizacją prac oraz wypełnianiem zapisów umownych i harmonogramu przez generalnego wykonawcy, bieżący kontakt z przedstawicielami inwestora oraz wszystkimi podmiotami zaangażowanymi w realizację inwestycji. Bieżąca współpracą z działem sprzedaży i marketingu.
We support the building process
Scope of service
Representing the Investor before the local authorities and companies, the coordination of design works for the new building as well as for the historic one, this includes the tram depot hall, the villa and „the White House”, the analysis of the materials provided by the design studio, providing support for the designer in obtaining the construction permit and all the other consents, permits and consultations, the preparation and the carrying out of a complete tender procedure for the selection of a general contrator, participating in the weekly site meetings ensuring that the project is executed in accordance with the agreement and the schedule, participating in regular meetings with the representatives of the Investor and the design studio, keeping ongoing contact with all the entities involved in the project, this includes the Investor’s sales and marketing department.
