The land analysis and the preparation of a budget of the investment before purchase, Investor support at the purchase transaction, the preparation of a tender procedure for selection of a design studio along with our recommendation, representing the Investor before the local authorities, companies and the plot’s neighbours, obtaining the decision on land development conditions, conducting negotiations of the participatory agreement with the city of Poznań, the coordination of design works and the analysis of the materials provided by the design studio, the verification of the apartments structure, the finishing standard, the apartments price list in terms of competitiveness, providing support for the designer in obtaining the construction permit and all the other consents, permits and consultations, the preparation and the carrying out of a complete tender procedure for the selection of a general contractor along with our recommendation, participating in the weekly site meetings ensuring that the project is executed in accordance with the agreement and the schedule, participating in regular meetings with the representatives of the Investor and the design studio, keeping ongoing contact with all the entities involved in the project.
